Guest Clinician: Neil Adams

Neil Adams MBE is the World renowned 9th Dan Judoka who takes Martial Arts to a higher level. He has won many medals and competitions, including World Championships in 1981 and two Olympic Silver medals in Moscow 1980, and Los Angeles in 1984. He has been Olympic Coach for Great Britain and Belgium as well National Coach for Wales. He has now turned his expert hand to aiding those up and coming martial artists, providing technical advice and expertise on an individual basis. Mr Adams’ goal is to provide an arena for every level of martial artist where they can gain technical knowledge and insight in an individual environment as well as on a competitive platform.

Guest Clinician: Angelica Delgado

Angelica Delgado is an American judoka. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the women’s 52 kg. She has competed and medaled in numerous international Grand Prix’s to Pan-Amaerican Championships. Here are her noatble highlights:

Guest Clinician: Tiago Goncalves

Lieutenant Tiago Goncalves currently serves as a Senior Investigative Officer at the Marine Safety Unit Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and having moved to United States in 2006, he joined the Coast Guard in 2009. Tiago started his training in Judo when he was only 4 years old back in Brazil, and he holds a 4th degree black belt in Judo and Black belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu. Tiago is the current US Armed Forces Judo Team Assistant Coach.

Tiago has been a member of the US Armed Forces Judo Team since 2011 when he was first selected to participate at the 2011 CISM World Military Games in Rio de Janeiro, brazil, his hometown, where the Team ended up finishing 9th Place overall. Tiago has been a member of the team since then. He was also selected to the 2015 CISM World Military Games in South Korea but couldn’t participate due to budget issues, and was present at last years’ 2019 CISM World Military Games in Wuhan, China, the second biggest sports’ event in the world, receiving more than 10,000 athletes from over 120 countries.

Tiago has a vast international tournament experience, competing in four different continents, including countries such as Brazil, Japan, China, Russia, Belgium and more. In addition, Tiago is a Brazilian JiuJitsu and Judo coach at the UFC Gym in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Global Business Management.
